Sankarakripa Arogya Nikethanam was established as a foundational institution through which we began to pursue the broader vision of SCIMeR.
SCIMeR is not an organisation above us. It is the direction of a longer journey in integrative medicine, research and education — one that Sankarakripa, as a working centre of practice and teaching, has begun.
Practice
What we practise
Every plan is made after consultation. Nothing here is a package, and nothing is promised.
Ayurveda
Consultation in the classical manner — the person first, the label second.
Assessment of prakruti, agni and the state of the doshas, followed by a plan of medicine, diet and daily routine made for that individual.
ExploreHomoeopathy
Available alongside Ayurvedic care, where it is appropriate.
Homoeopathic consultation is offered by Dr Deepthi, in consultation with the Ayurvedic plan rather than apart from it.
ExploreTherapeutic Care
Classical procedures carried out under direct supervision.
Panchakarma and related therapies in the adjacent treatment building, planned individually and never sold as a package.

Our Story
A house at Airoor Variem, and the practice carried on within it
The work of Sankarakripa continues in the family house near the Mahadeva Temple at Chunakkara — consultation in one room, treatment in the building beside it, medicines prepared on the premises, and gardens around all of it.
What is practised here is not an adaptation of Ayurveda for visitors. It is the same reading of the classics that has been taught in this household, now carried on for those who come from the village and from much further away.
